Puri Jagannadh's 'Businessman-2' Canceled? Posted: 23 Jan 2012 09:07 AM PST The recent release 'Businessman' has been causing quite a rage across the box office. Before the heat settles, another storm arose with the announcement that director Puri Jagannadh has begun to plan for the sequel. The buzz that it will be a 'Pokiri' Mahesh Babu vs 'Businessman' Mahesh Babu came as a crazy attraction. However, the latest update is that the film is cancelled. Sources say Mahesh didn't reveal about this and he is speaking only about Sukumar's film after 'Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu'. On the other hand, Puri has come up with a tweet - Just met Pawan Kalyan. Finally doing a film together… Very sooooooon" With this, it looks clear that Puri will get busy with Pawan's project. Looking at the recent updates, the cine folks are confirming that the much hyped 'Businessman 2' looks to be shelved. However, there is also a talk that the project is not shelved but in cold storage. But when it will see the light remains to be seen.

It's declared that the film made Rs 62 Crore 93 lakh, 42 thousand Gross and Rs 41 cr 83 lakh and 51 thousand Share. This gross and share happens to be the all time industry record in the 81 year old history of Tollywood. 'Gabbar Singh' Releasing On April 27 Posted: 23 Jan 2012 09:02 AM PST The most awaited Pawan Kalyan's film 'Gabbar Singh' is hitting screen son 27th of April. It's a remake of Salman Khan's 'Dabangg' that rocked with mind blowing collections. Harish Shankar directing it and Pawan Kalyan fans are expecting a break for their star from the monotonous track record of flops. Recently Harish tweeted that he made some changes from the original script t tune to the nativity and interest of Telugu audience. Bandla Ganesh is producing the film on Parameshwara Arts banner. Devi Sri Prasad scoring music while Shruthi Hasan is playing female lead.

Love Failure Movie Audio Release on 28thJan Posted: 23 Jan 2012 08:59 AM PST Lover Boy Siddarth is acting in a film called 'Love Failure' directed by debutante Balaji and buzz is that the audio of the movie is going to be released on January 28. This film is featuring Siddarth and Amala Paul as the lead pair. This film is being made in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. In Tamil it is named as 'Kaadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi'. Siddarth is co-producing this film along with cinematographer Nirav Shah and Sashikanth of Y Not Studios. S S Thaman has composed the music for this film

Mahesh Businessman collections drops Posted: 23 Jan 2012 08:56 AM PST Super Star Mahesh Babu Businessman has completed a week from the release and the first week share collection is outstanding according the producer Venkat and director Puri Jagannadh with an all time record of TFI. The film had only Bodyguard as competition though they are two different genre films and Mahesh had set the cash registers ringing with youngsters and masses thronging to theaters. However, the film is witnessing a sudden drop in its collections all over though doing good business in weekends. Trade analysts say, Businessman might not run consistenly like Dookudu as it's not a universally accepted movie. Nonetheless, Businessman makers say the movie has already got a break even via its week1 collections and with the long run, Businessman gets a hit status though not a Dookudu range blockbuster.
